Outdoor Milestone Photoshoot – Riverview FL Photographer
Don’t you just love those last minute spur of the moment ideas? They always seem to turn out the best results. This outdoor milestone photoshoot of my daughter was taken randomly early in the morning. I was at my parent’s house and noticed how lush and beautiful these red azalea bushes were and just knew I had to take some photos here of her. The lighting was spot on and absolute perfection with the way the sunlight was beaming behind my baby girl. The morning light can be hit or miss once you pass a certain point after sunrise but I couldn’t have asked for better this day.
Since this was such a last minute idea I didn’t really have much planned as far as wardrobe was concerned but I love that about these photos. The clothing was simple and not overly distracting from the beautiful florals or from my daughter. She was given this adorable jean overall dress from her grandmother which I feel make these photos that much more special. I completed the look with a simple bow
These photos were taken when my daughter was 9 months of age. She was not walking yet so these milestone portraits were perfect as a sitter session. She sat there so perfectly and was very curious about all of the leaves and flowering surrounding her. It was hard for me to let go and just let her play and stop her from tasting the leaves haha. Ultimately, capturing her interact with everything was so precious and exactly how I want to remember my daughter. Letting go and waiting for those magical moments unfold is what inspires me so much about photography.
