Maternity Family Photoshoot, Little Manatee River State Park FL

This maternity family photoshoot was such a dream to photograph. We drove around a local state park in the area to find a few different spots to use for some variation. First, we found an open field covered with tall trees and the sun was still very high and direct. Playing with the dramatic lighting lit my soul on fire and I mean come on – look how stunning this momma is with her beautiful family. Mom wore a satin yellow dress that flowed so beautifully with movement. I always highly recommend a dress that has tons of movement because it photographs like a dream.

Maternity photography has a new special place in my heart since becoming a mother. I cannot recommend getting these portraits done highly enough. Every woman should feel empowered and beautiful and there should be no exception when it comes to pregnancy. As a momma of two children of my own, my pregnancy portraits are some of my most cherished memories. I will always have them to look back on and remember growing my sweet little ones so close to me. The way a woman’s body expands and grows to house and nurture their little ones will forever be a miracle and blessing in my eyes.

During this maternity session, we had such a fun yet laid back experience and that is definitely what to expect when working with me.
